Installation and Adjustment Introduction

Ⅰ Machine Installation
    When the machine has been set in specific spaces, root the machine if needed. But have to pay attention that the machine must be installation horizontal, otherwise it will affect operation. The power cord must connect with the device which can protect the motor.


Ⅱ Examine before operation
   (1) Check if the machine is horizontal.
   (2) Check if the base immovable.
   (3) Check if the screen extend smooth.
   (4) Check if the bolts of clamp ring are locked tightly.
   (5) Check if there is enough spaces between intake pipe and screen.
   (6) Check if the machine can touch any goods.

Ⅲ The operation notices
   (1) If appears any unusual noise
   (2) If the motor running follow the arrowhead
   (3) If the screen is too loose
   (4) If the electric current is correct, or running in single phase.

Ⅳ If there has no problem in the conditions above, then put few material what we needed to filtrate in the middle of screen, check the running way, angle, speed, and capacity and adjust them.
   (1) Adjust the angle of lower eccentric block.
   (2) Increase or decrease the weight of upper or lower eccentric block.
   (3) Collocate the rubber ball or rubber ring.

Ⅴ The method of changing screen
  (1) loosen the bolts of bundle ring and take parts of each frame,remove the broken screen and put the new one on the frame.
  (2) Spread the new thin screen and put the frame back, draw the screen and nip the frames tightly by combination pliers.
  (3) Set back the bundle rings, take out the combination pliers, lock the bolts of clamp tightly.
  (4) Knock the clamp by rubber hammer equably, lock the cupreous nut tightly then finish the changing. (as the pictures)

Ⅵ If the thick screen is broken, the user can mend it by themselves. If cannot, can send the product back to factory to fix it. Suggest to prepare one more thick screen.

Ⅶ Mechanic Maintenance

Daily Maintenance:
1 Before start-up:

  1. Check if there is any broken of the thick screen and thin (net) screen.
  2. Check if tightly locks each bundle ring.

2 After start-up:

  1. Pay attention if any unusual cacophony.
  2. Check if the electric current is steady going.
  3. Check the vibration condition

3 After use: Clean it after use.
Periodic Maintenance:
      (1) Periodic check if there is any tiredness or broken of the thick (net) screen and springs, check the bolt of each part of machine, if any damage or flexible by vibration.
      (2) Must supply 3# lubricating grease (ZL-3) after every two week. After works 1500 hours, check the axletree, if found any broken, change it immediately.

Ⅷ Vibration Motor Use Introduction
    ① This electro-motor can produce rating excitation force continuously, when these conditions are satisfied.

  1. Vibration add speed: less than 7 g. (g. gravity add speed)
  2. Environment temperature: No exceed 40 ℃.
  3. Altitude: No exceed 1000 m.
  4. Electrical source frequency: 50 HZ, 60 HZ.
  5. Voltage: 380 V, 380/660 V.
  6. Temperature rise: Less than 80 K (Electrical resistively method)
  7. Degree of protection: IP 55
  8. Insulation Level: F
  9. Connection: Y/Δ
  10. Working Method: SI
    ② Preparation before install
  1. Check if the electro-motor nameplate is according with the requests.
  2. Check the insulation resistance by 500-megohm instruments; the value should less than0.5 megohm. Otherwise should seasoning the stator winding, the drying temperature can not overtop 120 ℃.
  3. Check each fastener, avoid loose.
  4. Check if any damage or transmutation on surface of electro-motor.
  5. Check the electric resource, no load works 5 minutes.
    ③ Installation and Adjustment
  1. The electro-motor should be hook onto installing surface; the installing surface must be smooth and level up.
  2. The electro-motor can be installed both horizontally and aslant.
  3. Electro-motor coil out uses four-core rubber cable YZ-500V, the specification of each coil out, consult the table. The out going lines are not allowed warp. The cable must be fixed with pendulum warp. The cable must be fixed with pendulum steady.
  4. Electro-motor should be fixed firm on grounding, grounding sets and signs are in junction box, also can be fixed by the bolt on foot.
  5. Swing Adjustment
    ④ Operation and Maintenance
    1. This product needs to fix with electric equipment protector.
    2. For initial stages, the foot bolts have to be checked everyday to avoid loose.
    3. When the direction rotation of electro-motor is not tallying with needs, adjust the electrical source phase sequence.
    4. Keep the electro-motor lubricative, supply 3# lubricating grease, quantity is 1/3-2/3 of axletree capacity. After that supply once for every 600 working hours. The quantity is around 15-20g. (When the axletree is airproof, the motor has no choke)
    5. After works 1500 hours, should check the axletree, if found terrible damages, replace it immediately.
    6. If use the electro-motor again after long-term stagnation, should measure the insulation resistance by 500 V megohmmeter, the result should larger than 0.5 megohm.

   ⑤ Normal failure and treatment:

1 Stator winding short circuit, stator winding open circuit from grounding.

3 Decrease the burthen and clear the block.

The motor temperature over high or fume.

1 Over heavy burthen.

3 Winding connect grounding in error.

1 Decrease the burthen or change the motor.
2 Repair the short circuit part.
3 Check the winding connection then correct it.
4 Find out the hitch then repair it.
5 Change the rotor.
6 Measure the motor crack and axletree fray and repair them.

Axletree is too hot.

1 Axletree frayed or quality problem
2 Axletree lubricating grease too much or less. Incorrect lubricating greases model or bad quality.
3 Axletree inside track cooperated too loose or too tightly.
4 Axletree outside track cooperated with end shield too loose or too tightly.
5 Fitting quality problem with end shield and axletree inner cup.

1 Change the axletree.
2 High-speed lubricating greases.
3 Weld a circle of metal on the axis and process it again if the axletree is too loose; put the axletree crosspiece if it is too tight.
4 Widen the axletree and set a cover when it is too loose; processing the axletree again then it are too tight.
5 Take parts and assemble it again, let the axletree get burthen equably.

The crust of motor is electriferous.

1 Winding insulation damaged.
2 Winding be affected with damp
3 Down lead damaged or too much dust.

1 Repair the insulation, and deal with paint drying treatment.
2 Drying treatments or painting drying.
3 Change the down lead and clean the dusts.

Feet broken.

1 Didn’t screw up the bolt of grounding feet.
2 Setting surface is not level enough.

1 Screw up the bolts tightly.
2 Processing the set surface again.

 

   ⑥ Transport and storage:
The motor cannot be put inversely, cannot pile up or affect with damp.

   ⑦ The “Three guarantees” of motor:
For improving the products quality and offer better service of our customers, if there is any quality problem, we offer three guarantees in limited time and range.

   1 Time for guarantee
    If customers operated follow our technical introduction and guides, but still find out quality problems, our factory will check and examine the products. If the product does have any quality problems, fray or cannot achieve the technical requests, we will deal it with our tree inclusive services in half year after products out of factory.

   2 The range of three guarantees
    · Mending guarantee:
   1) Insulation problem appears electric leakage.
   2) The dimension of machine does not match the standard (or map), can not use normally.
   3) Appear rub with stator and rotor.
   4) The axletree are not qualified, cannot use normally.
   5) Feet broken but not caused incorrect operation.
   · Change guarantee:
   The motor operation condition is satisfied and works rated capacity, but:
   1) The temperature over the standards.
   2) The capacity and efficiency are lower than standards. (Includes error function)
   3) Start electric current higher than standard data. (Includes error function)
   4) Start revolution lower than standard data. (Includes error function)
   · Return guarantee:
   Since the products returned back to factory for mending but still cannot fix all the quality  problems, we guarantee to receive the products.

   3 All the problems caused by transport, assemble, use or maintenance error etc,(such as winding burn) are out of the range of three guarantees.

   4 The quality problems put forward by customers, but there is no responsibility for producer after examination. We will cooperate mending by conditions. The factory will charge the basic cost if needs to change any part.
